What is scalingOS?
scalingOS is a curated-access community and a working system for founders already doing more than USD 30K a month who want to stop being the bottleneck in their own company. We don’t teach you how to start a business — you already did that. We install the systems, the people and the decisions that keep the business growing when you’re not in the room. Who is it for, and who is it not for?
It’s for you if you speak Spanish, live in the United States and have proven revenue above USD 30K a month — around USD 360K a year. It’s not for you if you’re still validating your first customer or figuring out how to open a company: there are free, good resources for that, and we aren’t them. It’s also not for you if you’re already past USD 5M a year: at that size a board or a CEO peer group serves you better. Every application is reviewed, and saying no is part of the job.
Why is the threshold USD 30K a month?
Because that’s where the underserved band begins. Serious peer-learning organizations start much higher: Entrepreneurs’ Organization requires more than USD 1M in annual revenue, and LBAN’s Business Scaling Program also asks for USD 1M or more. Vistage sits around USD 5M. Below that, almost all Spanish-language support is built for people who aren’t generating revenue yet. Between USD 360K and the first million there’s almost nothing. And according to Stanford’s 2026 State of Latino Entrepreneurship report, 67% of Latino-owned businesses in the United States make less than USD 1M a year.
What is the million-dollar wall?
It’s the point where growth by effort runs out. Bain and the Latino Donor Collaborative describe it as a survival test: between USD 1M and USD 5M in annual revenue, only 53% of Latino-owned businesses in the United States are profitable, against 63% of white-owned ones. Those that break through then grow at nearly twice the rate. What changes isn’t the effort — it’s the systems.
